Grace Period Ended!
A three judge panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit recently upheld New Jersey’s ban on “high capacity” magazines that are capable of holding over 10 rounds. Starting December 10th, 2018 you must comply with this law or face the potential for serious repercussions which include imprisonment, fines, and the loss of gun rights. There is no “grandfathered clause.” There are also no extensions, delays, or excuses as of December 10th, 2018. With this in mind, gun owners in New Jersey need to make sure they are in total compliance.
Come to the seminar to learn the answers to common questions. Are active or retired law enforcement exempt? Can you transport these magazines to the gunsmith or police station? What does “render inoperable” or “permanently modify” mean under the new laws? What should you do if you find a “high capacity” magazine after December 10th, 2018?
Join U.S. LawShield and Independent Program Attorney Evan F. Nappen, Esq. at this seminar to help make sure the items in your safe do not earn you criminal charges, fines, and even jail time.
